Membranes have tolerance upto 40 degree centegrade.... I have operated it upto 35 degree centegrade... In fact membranes performance is better at higher tempratures compared to room temprature...In fact I have used hot water cleaning for membranes due to bio fouling.. and it gave me better results.

You mention, you used hot water for biofouling cleaning. What temperature? I do not believe to use 70-80°C on standard technical RO membranes, due to intolerance of glues.
