Please forgive me if I am somehow rude, but the only way we can respond to such candid question is:
1) Define Cheap
2) What was the problem with SIEMENS
3) What kind of water you have: Specs

(1) Cheap: Process from which we get an affordable sale price from the customers.
(2) The site selected was very near to the coast.Use to clog pump suction lines frequently and eventually turbine shaft also tilted. The plant was putoff after hardly running a month.
