Hi Joseph, unfortunately you cannot, Turbidity is a specific measurement associated with clarity of water and is reported in NTU with no direct relation with pH or dissolved salts

Turbidity is determined by the amount of light scattered off particles . While this measurement can then be used to estimate the total dissolved solids concentration, it will not be exact.

A relationship can be found between suspended solids and turbidity but again this will need to be determined specifically for your water and so total suspended solids would also need to be determined, see attached reference
