The ABB Aquamaster 3 is a relatively old meter but has good storage capacity and runs off a battery. It has mobile phone connectivity too....the updated version the Aquamaster 4 can pribably do something similar but has a 10-15 year battery life although the last time I looked, which has orobably changed now, the comms module wasn't sorted. Siemens equivalent is the Mag8000
