But what negative impacts would it have on oceanwater quality? What are your practical working experince on this topic? Also does any one know about the financial model for under sea farming?

There will always be chemical pollution. Chemical micro particles impregnated in organic matter (faeces and others) dillution in the TGE technology and industrial and domestic water.
I would have effect on Aquatic life for sure - if the tem of the under water is increased it will harm the aquatic life.
