Thank you. The question was a very open ended one. Here in Luxembourg we have a large WWTP that is located right next to an important water extraction source for the country (close to 40% of the population's water comes from here). So its very important that we reduce the number of CSO events as much as possible. The software predictively & continuously controls the flow in the network (no operator needed) reducing CSO events by up to 30%. Hope this helps.
