What you are looking for is a situation dealing with disaster management. A simple method in the area of disaster to treat the water and provide to the immediate survivors.
Firstly, considering the water would be turbid it needs a special zeolite based powder to settle the turbidity. This treatment can be carried out manually at site. No equipment required.
The second step is to disinfect the water to eradicate microbial contamination in the water. This is done with the dispenser units and our precursor chemical Purojal DW at site. A very simple backpack unit that requires 15 W power at site. This backpack unit can be set up at the disaster site within minutes and the system can start disinfecting the water for treatment in matters of minutes.

Hi chetan, I am looking for low cost technology which can be easily carried out manually. Thank you for your suggestion of using special zeolite based powder. Can I get information about where to find it and its cost.
