The thing that I can never understand is why people are so =obsessed in water recycling of doing like alchemists and 'turning manure into gold' . There are many forms of waste water and many uses for recycled water that do not require full potable quality/. Better to concentrate on these larger volume areas than the niche 'urine recyc' end that is so challenging and ultimately not worthwhile except in deep space.
