   Thanks for  your question. When we explored the needs of event attendees, it seemed that paramount was the ability to see who is going to be attending the same conference in order to identify mutual areas of professional interest and schedule meetings, rendering time spent at the event to be well utilised.

   We all know how tiring events can be, rushing from one interesting presentation to another, checking out the stands, etc, and before you know its over, with pocketfull of business cards. Following up becomes tedious. EventFox remedies a lot of these issues with our customised event scheduler as well as being able to review exchanges around key areas of interest. The fact that the community is still online afterward, and content is in one place means that valuable contacts can be contacted after the event to consolidate the relationship and move forward with the conversation.
