Yes, Oxidation is the best and cost effective method for removal of Iron and Manganese. Aeration with addition of Aluminium sulphate effectively precpitate Iorn and manganese oxides. Subsequent clarification in a clarifier followed by gravity or pressure filtration will produce water good enough for commercial uses.
