The answer depends on what you require... If you are looking for a system that can quickly be deployed in disaster zones which can give you clean water with no bacteria and reasonable virus support then there are quite a few options out there. If there is also the issue of very little or no electricity available and an absence of trained manpower to operate then the choices are far fewer.
