These companies are notorious for using more than their share of water and depleting local aquifers leading to wells/boreholes running dry. Be very careful. I dont know where you're at, but hopefully your local government made an agreement with the company limiting the amount of water it can take to a sustainable amount. However, this is usually not the case, and if they haven't you should fight for this to happen before it's too late. I'd be interested in knowing which company it is.
