Conductivity relate with TDS if N have shown in Organic and Inorganic forms these will relate directly to conduct. For my point of view, I use AD firstly to change all N to be NH3 and NH4+ then using Anoxic or Annamox to remove all N to N2 by using AS clearify by V=S/t.
So sludge will sterling down and clear water will be discharged as the design. For Physical you can use NH3 stripping as well. For using Mg(OH)2, this is the new way and I will try on my customer plant.
