In Malawi City Councils are failing to recycle wastes do you have similar invasions across the Globe or opposite is true. The damping sites are not protected, for example Lilongwe City Council has 3 Cars only for carrying the wastes and most of residential areas are not focused. they manily focuses in areas like 3, 9, 10, 12, 43, 11, 2, 6, 18 the lest areas are not targeted.
