Slmt pagi pak Beny, I remember during the NRW project that I managed in 2007/2009, most of water losses and efficiency issues in Makassar were non technical. The other challenge was demand management more than production capacity. Did you implement the recommended Zoning strategy? It will be a pleasure to help you if I can. Didier.. hi pak Beny, nice to meet you, before saying you have problem, you better measure the inlet flow to your pipe ( how much is your inlet flow), then after that, you can see wheter your flow reduce or not, who nows there are leaks along the pipe
