Please be informed of UNITAR's upcoming online training course: Introduction to Water Diplomacy It will take place from 7 Nov. to 4 Dec. 2016 and is open to all professionals and non-professionals with an interest in global water management issues. This course aims to encourage innovative cooperation mechanisms around water at the transboundary level as a means to foster water cooperation as a direct preventative response to water conflict. The course materials were designed in partnership with UNESCO- International Hydrological Programme, UNESCO's PCCP Programme, WWAP, the University of East Anglia and Oregon State University.
