So every word about the negative effects can be erased from this paper.  The next obvious "Tell" When pushing a personal agenda that is in the twilight zone you will see where one adjective will do multiple are used for effect.  These silicon people are not uneducated and are aware of the negative effect on all health by the use of chlorine. As the WWTP are being phased out the newer natural processers are not coming online fast enough to keep up.  ( the only crime I CAN see is the $60.99 charge for the 2.5 gal container of spring water). Rain water collection is still #1.
