Evoqua has acquired a company based in California that focuses on ultraviolet technology. Financial terms of the deal between Evoqua Water Technologies' Neptune-Benson unit and Bio UV SAS, owner of Delta Ultraviolet Corp., weren't announced. The 17-year-old Delta UV, based in Gardenia, Calif., uses ultraviolet-C (UV-C) technology to treat pools and spas.
