From Sewage to Drinking Water Water is precious in the drought-plagued region, a water recycling plant in Fountain Valley, at south of LA, was built to convert raw sewage into drinkable H20. Excellent way to conserve water, which otherwise would have been wasted. Only psychological barrier in the minds of people ought to be won over to consume it.
