I am pleased to share with you an invitation to a course of Integrated Water Resource Management onn the 9 – 22 November 2016 in Israel. This programme is designed for: officials of ministries responsible for water resources and water supply, water corporations, water boards, water utilities departments; water and sanitation engineers involved in either design, process, construction or plants O&M; officials of international organisations and NGO’s dealing with water. Anyone I recommend will receive first priority for a tuition scholarship worth $2,770(USD)*. (*Please note living expenses and the cost of the flight ticket are not covered by the tuition scholarship.
