I am searching  the technology for rural  community of Water Supply projects in Nepal, Source is around 500 m  down deep slope and has to recommend lifting system, source is stream , high turbidity during rainy season and  biological contamination, at the top  250m2 place land for reservoirs and treatment  units , but main challenging is installation of pumping system and  water treatment system  in such situation,  there is no other alternative source for gravitational  system, do you have any cost effective solutions?

I am FAYYAZ Hussain. I suggest you that you need a turbine pumps according to your populations and OHR requirements.  According to Head and discharge of pump fullfill your requirements. 

Pump Head , from sources to OHR Hight , 

discharge according to capisity of OHR and pollution. 

Source water : Do you have well or tub well revier site or canal , area hilli or agriculture land ?

You dont say what quantity of water you need?

Is there room for the treatment system near the stream and then to pump it up?
