Is there a reward for finding the lost water?  Just joking!  Knowing the scientific facts and with a little simple math we all know that (earth=71%water, 3.5% fresh, 1/3 available = 4.5 quintillion gals. Earth pop 7.5 BB, avg. age is 70. 23,823 gals of fresh, clean, available water per person per day for 70 years. To be clear you must be discussing the chlorinated, void of minerals, metered water.  I suppose the clean, healthy, 100% recycled and free water is at another conference. mi fom pa.
