Water Stewardship in a California Winery: In 2014, the small winery of Blossom Hill in the central coast of California experienced a dramatic reduction in water from its groundwater wells, severely limiting the amount available for production and threatening the viability of the entire operation At the time, the winery -- along with the rest of California – was experiencing the third straight year of drought. Hi, First of all, happy new year!.Unfortunately the video is not available.Chile is suffering the effects of climate change and it is expected that winery industry have to move to areas where water and soil can give sustainability to the industry. They call it "transformation of crops", from eucalyptus forest to wine grapes.
