I think first we need to address the issue that disable people are part of society and we have to educate the community through *social mobilization campaigns*that disable people have the abilities to become effective member of society all they need is encouragement and support from their family members, relative and people of their native area. Secondly we have to focus what are basic needs of people with disability and provision of improved sanitation facility is indeed their basic right. Now the question is how could we fulfill their need in low budget or in budget constraints the best solution is highlight the issue on *local media *both electronic and print media by informing the media personal and request them to visit the places where disable community is facing the problem then you will see Govt officials and non govt humanitarian organization will attract towards it and then you can suggest a model on the basis of demographic conditions and population ratio which will be finally approved by them.
