A little common sense and logic please. The original climate scam said it would get warmer, (world temps are dropping rapidly). Ice caps would melt and the oceans would rise. (ice caps rapidly increasing in size and oceans are going down equally everywhere). If ice caps would melt then so does rocky mountains and massive flooding and the Colorado should overflow it banks for years.  You are correct about one item. The river is losing water. The natural cyclical events of our earth are taking place right on time. 1. Binary star passes by, magnetic poles shift  and begin their 100,000 year reversal, magma heats up, comes to surface, earth quakes, volcanic eruptions, smoke and ash fill the skies, plants loose their ability to keep the O2/CO2 equilibrium, tropics heat up first, jet streams catch the moisture transports it to the poles, falls and becomes ice, ice is heavier than moisture, extreme pressure on earth crust, the weather turbine effect begins, year round north ice cap extend south to Texas/Italy, south ice cap will extend north to northern Australia, South Africa, and Peru. This is not futuristic. Step outside and see for yourself.
