I agree with Mr. Beyer that if this is for one location a design build plant would be more cost effective.  If containerized plants is what you need in the sizes mentioned above, I would say lead times are between 2-6 months.  I have recently sourced a couple of smaller units and very few manufacturers have units of these size sitting on the shelf.  We are happy to help.
