We have been involved in South Africa with turnkey installation of 2000-15000m3 per day SWRO plants, all these installations made use of SWRO skids (steelframe mounted units). The pre-treatment tends to take up a lot of space and I would agree that a 15000m3/day plant would be more optimally done as design-build model / custom designed turnkey.
