could anyone please help me find out a number of wastewater treatment lagoons in the USA that are likely to face capacity issues? Thank you very much in advance.
You might try the ECHO database of all treatment systems in the US. It's maintained by the EPA. I don't know if they have ponds specifically listed, but if you use higher discharge limits, you may pick some up.
