Depending on volume output, & assuming no heavy metals or industrial chemicals, can one not just lead the water into nearby paddy fields? Perhaps using a number of local paddy fields as a "wetlands" that would allow aerobic bacteria to do their job & clarify the water & reduce the BOD, palm oil etc? However I am not a water expert. Water should not go straight into river as would kill fish, but could so after b ioremediation?
