educate to prevent disposable nappies being flushed or dumped.  Non-biodegradable disposable nappies should be banned ("Pampers" is a swear word in some communities).  Also rather screen than use a macerator at inlet works to pump stations.  Macerators cut up the plastics so they go through to the treatment works and ultimately back into the environment.
