Let's assume the effluent is COD = 50, BOD=10, TSS = 20, AMN = 5, so basically the ASP should be a BNR with at least ammonia removal. Then in China the Capex ranges US$2-7mil, with majority falling between US$2-3mil. In Malaysia, the typical range is US$2.5-5mil. That is why I think the cost in India is too low to work.
