Hi Mick , i understand you might have worked on different options on such designs ,i am giving my thought on that , firstly ,there is need of calculating the quantity of water that we have to supply to our customers then line losses to be added to calculated quantity of supply and some % of addition of supply quantities for our new service reservoir design ..
