Feasibility studies need  critical input & output analysis of Water for proposed geographical boundary.  This will include total precipitation, potential of rain water harvesting, Import and export of water from the geographical boundary. It also includes water going along with the product and evapo-transpiration. Water Foot Print analysis will take you to perfection. I will suggest the centralized sewage treatment plant.
