Feasibility studies potable water need critical input & output analysis of Water for proposed geographical boundary. This will include Raw Water analysis report , Details of inhabitation on the land , Quantity and quality of waste water generated, Intended use of treated waste water , Quality and quantity of treated waste water required, Its distribution and collection net work details , Details of rain in the area ( Anual averages) . Then topography of the area, gredient details. Apart from this required total precipitation, potential of rain water harvesting, Import and export of water from the geographical boundary. It also includes water going along with the product and evapo-transpiration. Water Foot Print analysis will take you to perfection. I will suggest the centralized sewage treatment plant. Depending on the available area the process can be selected. Oxidation pond may be a good option if land is available.
