I will try to translate it when I find some time. Basically the device is a fog harvester that works fine when there is enough fog in the environment. I has been developed in the Canary Islands.

There are dozens of commercial products. They are basically refrigerated dehumidication. It is very expensive per liter, like running your refrigerator with the door open. The condensed water must be treated/disinfected before it is drinkable. Air is dirty.

Very stimulating to hear so many people have heard of this ancient technology still being used by 3rd world countries. Currently one method that is making its way into Green construction is geothermal heat exchange units Hot moist air is pulled down a couple hundred feet to the cooling chamber. water is deposited in a tank with a small shallow well pump to bring it up to an elevated tank for residential use.
My favorite method for extreme survival skills was from the 1963 ? Jimmy Stewart movie, "Flight of the Phoenix". 4 stakes, 20 x 20 shrink wrap, and one small stone in the center. (They were in the Sahara desert plane crashed) morning due and hottest part of the day small amount of moisture rose up, is collected on the plastic wrap, condenses, goes to the central point of the stone, canteen was used as a collector. They survived for weeks. I tried it. It works.

Hi Nikos; I am pleased you enjoyed my story. I can appreciate the research you have done in many areas. I have been doing research since 1994. My mentor Dr Carl Oppenheimer had discovered a new species of microbe in the 1940's. He called them Archaea. You have similar background experience. Dr O had many PhD's. His main one was marine biology, microbiology, chemistry, archeology and a few more. He passed away in 2007. Now I am continuing his work and have prepared to clean up after the upcoming event. The cutting edge is called Bioremediation. There is nothing it can not clean. I very much like your comment on responsibility and low cost. That is my specialty. I design systems and build a sustainable feature that empowers people to never needing to seek UN advice or financing. I have sent you a contact request. Published by mokhtar horri, Water vapor is decomposed by (uv) in H2 and O free . H2O is born by H2 + O → condensation-rain
Condensation from air handlers is a great source for irrigation and cooling towers. .2-.6 gallons per hour per tone can be harvested. Technically distilled water, but should be filtered unless directly injected into cooling towers. Cooling tower treatment should clean water. So much water can be produced.

In Peru, there is a fascinating application that does this: billboards. A billboard condenses the vapor, and filters at the bottom clean it. Passers-by can fill their water bottles from a tap. If I remember correctly, it was the engineering department of a Peruvian university that designed it as a project.

There are many other things, I assume.
I was always wondered that a windmill replacing the compressor motor of a refridgerator/heat pump would create enough cooling for water harvest. The same applies for a big collector lens focused on the heating point of a vapor absorption cooler. Both of these might create something cold in a renewable way, inducing condensation.

Vacuum Evaporate has been used for Molassess Waste water for decreasing the Volume so we will get high conc of Molasses with pure condensed water. This process is base on Pressure, Temp, cap...all parameter need to moniteting online by program and skillful staff. But I do not khow about some type of waste which might be used for purity by condensate. Sharing from Thailand..

Similar issues exist with processing tomatoes - if they have too much water in them to be turned into tomato paste or ketchup, the excess water is boiled off. Many processors are looking at ways to recover this water (as well as manage the water level in the tomatoes more accurately through better irrigation).
