Dear Amol,

We have done some work on GSM/GPRS technologies for remote parameter monitoring of dam level, open channel water flow etc. but that requires service providers like BSNL/Airtel/Vodafone etc. Remote sensing, otherwise is done by Satellites and agencies are government controlled like ISRO, Ministry of Defence etc. Private players may also be there.
