The basics to even open a discussion would be: 1. Characterization of the wastewater ( hydraulic and chemical/biological/physical characterization? 2. What is the receiver and what are the effluent discharge criteria? 3. Where is the project? 4. Is this a new facility of a modification to an existing one?
