Agree with Mr. Cotruvo.
Suggest trickling it through a bed of dolomite in an atmosphere enriched with carbon dioxide. This is the same process that would occur underground. Dolomite has both calcium and magnesium. Be sure to use dolomite certified to have low lead and other toxic metals. Not tailings from some mine.
The amount of carbon dioxide can be regulated to control the ppm.
I make this water for myself on a small scale. It makes terrific coffee.
Using soluble salts is not as healthy as using bicarbonate. Chlorides are a bad choice because they are like adding salt to the diet. They reduce the bodies ability to regulate pH by controlling carbon dioxide.
If you add a few amount of potassium and sodium bicarbonate you can make a water as healthy and tasty as Evian.

Dolomite and CO2 have created this color?
2) The same water is yellow and LSI -6 (langelier saturation inde).
What can be the cause of the yellow color?
3) Thanks.
