The storage and piping are ...

The storage and piping are fully resistant to Sulphuric Acid. This rig is fully automated with various type of valves and this is the issue. While it is not in use those valve will start sticking and on restart those valve may not function as they should.
So, in essence the asset may not be available after long shutdown, which fail it purpose.
What I am looking is the best way to keep the rig functioning?

I am afraid something is either being degraded to cause the gummy precipitate to form around the valves or there exists impurities in your acid. I would maybe introduce a recirculating line on a closed loop just to keep the fluid from precipitating and or reacting with fitting parts because of being left idle for long periods of time.
