With vacuum evaporation you can reach very high solid concentration and great amount of water saved. If Electrical consumption per liter seems higher in comparison to other filtration system, you have to consider the extremely different time and cost necessary for spare parts and maintenance stop. 


There are no parts which required periodical stop for substituton, or expensive cleaning procedure and chemicals. Typical electrical consumption is 100-130 Wh/liter but it can be reduce to only 10-20 Wh/liter according to effluent amount, availability of hot-cold water in your factory.
