First, make sure that your bulk flow meter is inbuild with such a feature of data logger connection.

e.g. Bulk flow meter of Ultraflux (mini sonic 2.0 and UF801) brand is having such feature and you can connect data logger to it which will give you the "Q" reading periodically.

So, it completely depends on the type of Bulk flow meter you are using.
