You need to determine whether the existing flow meter is capable of providing an output ( pulse) rather than being a dumb meter.
check the manufacturers specification or contact them to discuss the options. It may be necessary to fit an optical reader to the existing meter which can then be connected to a suitable logger or perhaps to a remote device.

Yeah I checked , now I connected Bulk flow meter to logger with the help of connector
