I agree with Maarten Waterloo's reaction. There is no quick fix. Some of the suggested products/system might be considered as part of the solution but most likely will not be able to tackle it alone. It will come down to a remediation program involving multiple steps to;
1) Minimize the influx of nurtients into the waterbody (this can be fertilizers from surrounding agricultural activities, untreated sewage flowing in or even the presence high number of water birds.
2) Removing water plants
3) Treating the water in the lake to remove dissolved nutrients/contaminants.
