One of the solutions that turn out cheap as well as long lasting is apply bricks to just the walls.dig mud and embed them there with cement.Next put in some nitrogen fixing bacteria and some plants that can fix nitrogen.This will be a gradual step by step protocol and also time taking but will involve local resources mostly.

A lasting solution to lake ...

A lasting solution to lake eutrophication can only be developed by treating the problem at the source which is the drainage basin that feeds the lake.  A study should conducted to identify all sources of water and nutrients that flow into the lake.  These should then be analyzed to determine the actual quantities of nutrients (i.e., nitrogen, phosphorus and their chemical species at a minimum).  Rank the inputs to determine which sources contribute the most nutrients and which sources contribute the highest concentrations of nutrients.  Focus your attention on the inputs that contribute the largest quantities and highest concentrations of nutrients, determine if they are coming from point sources such as sewage treatment and industrial discharges or from area sources such as agricultural and urban runoff.  Devise and implement plans to decrease nutrient inputs at their sources.  As the nutrient inputs into the lake are decreased over time, the lake will respond favorably.

very nice science Frank.  But after looking at the pricing it appears all is out of reach for companies. You did ask a direct question How to remove etc. Everything you listed is a normal function of the RNA microbial group called Archaea. No machines required.

gergino chounna yemele  Combination of Nitrifying and De-Nitrifying bacteria's alongwith Diatoms will help removal of Nutrients from Lakes/Ponds and other water bodies. Diatoms would release Oxygen into the water body which would be consumed by the bacteria and bacteria's would consume the Nutrients. Presence of Nutrients in the form of Nitrogen helps green algal growth. We are manufacturers of Bacteria's and Diatoms. You can plant a nitrogen ...

You can plant a nitrogen loving plant that will reduce your nutrient levels and then harvest it from the lake, mulch it/compost it, and use it for agricultural fertilizer (provided there are no concerns like heavy metals, etc).

the first thing to do, it is ...

the first thing to do, it is avoid nutrients getting to the lake, and as they said, mostly you do that by treating wastewater that is getting to the lake without treatment. Sometimes the situation is even worse, first you need to collect all of that water to treat it, by sectors or in every discharge. Treat a wastewater coming from one source is way easier than treating a whole lake. For algae problems I've seen LG Sonic devices performing very well. During the years they adapted they equipment for bigger lakes.

I agree with Maarten Waterloo's reaction. There is no quick fix. Some of the suggested products/system might be considered as part of the solution but most likely will not be able to tackle it alone. It will come down to a remediation program involving multiple steps to;

1) Minimize the influx of nurtients into the waterbody (this can be fertilizers from surrounding agricultural activities, untreated sewage flowing in or even the presence high number of water birds.

2) Removing water plants

3) Treating the water in the lake to remove dissolved nutrients/contaminants.

As you did not give specific ...

As you did not give specific info on the lake, land use, etc., I'll give a general answer. The best approach would be to make sure that less nutrients enter the lake from the rivers flowing into it, which requires actions in the upstream areas of the lake (limiting leaching of nutrients into surface/groundwater). The second action is to structurally harvest the invasive plants and export these from the area such that the nutrients that these contain are lost to the ecosystem system. You actions should be accompanied by a water quality monitoring programme making regular measurements in the contributing rivers and in the lake to see if there is any progress and identify sources of nutrients. Depending on the status, rehabilitation may take many years as nutrients may also have been stored in the bottom sediment and be slowly released, and the aquatic ecosystem needs time to recover requiring a return to nutrient concentration levels perhaps below initial levels.

Once you understand nature is ...

Once you understand nature is always in balance but man is not the problem can be resolved by using nature not man's chemicals or machines. The situation  natural or runoff is out of balance. Given time nature will flush itself out. If you desire to accelerate the balancing process then simply copy natures biological functions. In this particular case excessive organic compounds causing overgrowth and low levels of oxygen. As defined in science manuals bacteria become stressed and die adding to this problem. Of the 3 microbial groups the DNA realm is useless. Only the RNA group has the proper genetic code for reducing ALL organic compounds into their elemental state. Blooms disappear, excessive growth, and as a bonus an abundance of oxygen is made available to finish the balancing process. The species name is Archaea. They do not make oxygen. Just make it more available. As in all things natural the cost is unbelievably low. Also 100% success for the last 5 billion years.  detail info available.

Un case of Peru the local technics as far as I know still working on them To define for the moment Which ones are appropriate for our local conditions in particular for Lake Titicaca the highest altitude lake in America which is shared with Bolivia  and Lake Junin in the middle of the Andes and the country which is considered the second large lake in Peru.
