Mishra ji.I think the following methodology will help you;

1) Eind out your targets (Quality ,Quantity etc.).

2) Find out influent & effluent parameters to & from WWTP.

3) Try to find alternatives to treat effluents to make waste water reusable like use of Mechanical and Chemical treatment Ultra Filtration,RO,Evaporation or any other technology to achieve required quality parameters like TSS,TDS B.O.D &,C.O.D . Free ammonia etc.

4) Evaluate alternatives techno economically based on practical viability.

5) Choose the best alternative suiting to your objective & go ahead.
