Lowering a man into a known death trap of pathogens and extreme toxic gases seems a bit much. Bamboo has a good analysis of the pathogens and deadly gases. From a scientific point of view no known pathogens can survive in an RNA matrix. In addition The Archaea species will not allow methane production.
