The well is much prevented from any more dumping wastes and accidents with cover.
As I mentioned earlier and as you know, the wells are source of ground water and easy access to the common people to extract by pulley method .....
The wells went obsolete when the water emptied - It is not because the well is bad, we did not refill the ground water.
I see well much more than a structure.
Also - New well of that depth requires enoronous man power and costs lakhs of money.
I want to set an example of effective use of existing wells for recharging with rain water.
