Hello, our partners in Mexico feed the pig slurry into an anaerobic digester, as digesters like a mixture of 'feedstocks' they also use food production waste to balance the diet of the AD bacteria. As per your other replies regarding biogas you can make electricity from the methane via CHP and then fertiliser/soil improver from the end digestate. This is a successful way of dealing with pig slurry if you can source other feedstocks, slurry alone is not very energy dense. Hope this help. We are biogas consultants. Regards, Emma
