Water Pigeon provides a cellular connected device that can mount on a mechanical meter. We image the meter up to 6 times a day and provide the reading via a dashboard for the utility's use. Thank you Gary. It looks like a great solution, however there is no cellphone coverage in the area. Data should be stored in a SD card, or something like that.
