Hi Daxesh - quite an effluent you have there. I agree with most of what has been proposed. Just a suggestion that you consider using crushed limestone for your main neutralisation chemical as it is considerably cheaper than lime and works well to increase the pH up to around 6.5. Also you will need an aeration stage after anaerobic digestion to nitrify the ammonias. If you need to remove the resultant nitrates, you will need an additional anoxic step. Your final effluent is still a nasty in terms of TDS and COD - please dispose of it responsibly.
